5. Photos, Videos, and Service Documentation
NOCA may photograph, video, or otherwise document the dumpster, placement area, driveway or surface condition, access conditions, load level, prohibited materials, blocked access, unsafe conditions, property condition, damage, or any other relevant condition before, during, or after delivery, service, or pickup.
We may use this documentation for:
- Operational records
- Delivery and pickup verification
- Billing
- Overweight, overfilled, blocked-access, or prohibited-item documentation
- Dispute resolution
- Insurance purposes
- Safety review
- Collection of fees
- Enforcement of our Terms
- Legal or business recordkeeping
Photos and documentation are generally used for business, safety, billing, insurance, and dispute purposes. We do not sell this documentation to advertisers.
6. Customer Communications, Calls, Emails, and Text Messages
By submitting your information, requesting a quote, booking service, making a payment, or contacting us, you agree that NOCA may contact you by phone, email, text message, voicemail, or other communication methods regarding your quote, booking, delivery, pickup, invoice, payment, service issue, account, or related business matter.
If you provide your phone number or opt in to text alerts, you consent to receive text messages from NOCA related to your rental, including booking confirmations, scheduling, delivery and pickup reminders, payment notices, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message from NOCA, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your rental, but we may then need to reach you by phone or email for service-related matters. Consenting to text messages is not a condition of renting from us.
You may also opt out of non-essential marketing messages when an opt-out method is provided. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent NOCA from sending service-related communications, including messages about quotes, bookings, deliveries, pickups, invoices, payment issues, safety issues, or active rentals.
We may retain communications with you for business, service, legal, billing, safety, dispute, and recordkeeping purposes.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide services, process payments, comply with law, protect our rights, or manage our records.

10. Data Retention
We retain customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, process payments, resolve disputes, collect amounts owed, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and insurance obligations, and protect our business interests.
NOCA may retain records, photos, videos, communications, invoices, payment records, service notes, placement documentation, load documentation, and related service records for a minimum of three (3) years following the rental date, and longer when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, insurance, collection, business, or dispute purposes.
Some information may be retained by third-party providers, such as payment processors, booking platforms, communication tools, or accounting providers, according to their own retention policies.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, or alteration.
However, no website, payment system, email system, text message system, software platform, or internet transmission is completely secure. Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children.
