Frequently Asked Questions

 We do not collect hazardous waste such as chemicals, batteries, or electronic waste. Please contact your local hazardous waste facility for proper disposal. 

Dumpster are delivered in the order that they are booked. Our goal is to provide next day delivery but sometimes with scheduling we may need a day or two. The best way to ensure you have prompt delivery is by booking in as far advance as you can. 

• Extra Days: ​If you need a dumpster longer then the allotted 7 day rental we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. There is a minimum of $5 a day Extra Charge and Only Is available if the dumpster has not already been booked by another customer.
• Extra Weight: Each size dumpster comes with an allotted amount of tonnage built into the price. If you exceed that tonnage you will be required to pay an addition charge per ton beyond the allotted tonnage. For example if you rented a 15 Yard dumpster with 1 ton of allotted weight and your final tonnage is 2 tons. you will be required to pay for the additional ton of weight. $150 Per Extra Ton
• Overflow Fee: Any debris beyond the Maximum Fill Line on an open top dumpster will require an addition charge. $250 Overflow Charge
• Special Items Fee: For electronics and bulky household items such as mattress, box springs. Please See next section for items that we will not accept and charge extra for.

 Hazardous materials can be classified differently by each country, Please be honest with what you will be putting into the dumpster to ensure you will not be charged for hazardous content or special items.  Hazardous waste.

• 15 Yard dumpster holds 15 cubic yards of waste.     - Perfect for small clean outs or small projects. 1 Ton included in price. Equivalent to about 6 truck loads.   
• 20 yard dumpster holds 20 cubic yards of waste.    - Great for medium sized clean outs and projects. Roofing and remodels. 2 Tons included in price. Equivalent to about 8 truck loads. ​  
• 30 Yard dumpster holds 30 cubic yards of waste    - Best for large projects and our biggest dumpster. Roofing Large or bulky items. 3 Tons included in price.Equivalent to about 14 truck loads.
